All orders are processed upon receipt of payment. The fulfillment can take up to 1-3 business days. Holidays or non-business days are excluded from processing and shipping time.

An order confirmation will be sent via e-mail/text once your order has been processed and is out for delivery.

  • Domestic Shipping
    Domestic shipping is provided by Canada Post  with flat rate shipping - $15.  

  • International Shipping
    International shipping is provided by DHL Express with a flat rate shipping - $30.

Please Note: 
We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

The duty depends on the value of the good and the country’s tax rate.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned, and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

We are not responsible for updating incorrect addresses or any product(s) changes and/or corrections. We cannot apply any discounts or add-ons after your order has been placed.

Please Note: We can only cancel orders prior to fulfillment & do not guarantee cancellations unless you receive a confirmation.

Alison Siaotong Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Delivery Confirmation

You will receive an e-mail/text confirmation with a tracking number when Alison Siaotong Studio has shipped your order.

Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Alison Siaotong Studio is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address and contact information.

All shipments require a signature for delivery for your protection. Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to sign the package. If you would like to waive the right to a signature, you can do so by contacting the delivery company. However, this will, in turn, waive any insurance on your package from Alison Siaotong Studio.

If you order products that we do not have in stock, our team will notify you and refund you for that product immediately.

Amendments and Cancellations 

Orders can be amended or cancelled if it has not been processed yet. Once the order has been processed, no further changes can be made.

All online and/or in-person training courses with/without professional kits are final sale and are non-refundable.   

Once you have purchased/accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online and/or in-person training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices.

Damaged Merchandises

Damaged merchandise must be reported to us within 24 hours after receiving the product. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection and open a claim.

All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. Alison Siaotong Studio reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from Customer Service.

The following information must be included:

  • Your name and e-mail address
  • Order number
  • Details of what the damage or defect is
  • Must include supporting photos and/or videos

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds 

Services and Products: Due to the nature of our services and products, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. All products are final sale.

Courses: Students are granted instant access to the course content upon purchasing. As a result, all courses are final sale.
