POLICY & GENERAL INFORMATION

Bookings


Once you have decided on a date to book, you will be required to pay either through a 25% partial payment/deposit or in full price through debit or credit during checkout.

** 25% of the full payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. For any rescheduling, cancellations, or no-shows, please read below. **


Business Hours

We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM
& Wednesday and Saturday 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM.

Sundays we are closed. 

All messages and inquiries will be answered during the business days from 8 AM to 7 PM.


After Hours / Squeeze-Ins / Last Minute Appointments

If you wish to come early, book past our business hours, or have a squeeze-in/ last minute appointments, a $20 fee will be applied.


Finance 

We provide a finance payment option where you can split the full price into 4 interest- free payments. Make sure to add Sezzle as your checkout option. 


Consent and Waiver Form

After booking your appointment, you will be required to fill out a consent and waiver form online that will be sent via e-mail. This is for first-time clients only. This must be submitted back prior to receiving any service. Failure to do so will make you ineligible to receive service. 


Cancellations & Refunds

Please provide a 72-hour notice to cancel your appointment. 25% of the full payment will be deducted. This is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Providing less than 72 hours to cancel will make your full payment forfeited.  

We reserve the right to refuse our services.


Reschedule

If you need to reschedule, please be respectful to provide a 48-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

Asking to reschedule less than 48 hours for the first time will have you lose 50% of your full payment. You will be required to pay back the 50% on the rescheduled date before the start of your service.

If you ask to reschedule again on a new booking for less than 48-hours, your payment will be forfeited and a new full payment will be required.

You may reschedule one time with the time frame of 2 weeks before the payment will be forfeited and you will have to provide a new full payment.

** This does not apply to those that ask to reschedule last minute on their scheduled appointment time. Please view Lateness Policy for this. **


Rescheduling for Complimentary Touchups

Complimentary touchups for any cosmetic tattoo services can only be rescheduled one-time from the initial session.

  • Ombre Brows/Brow Correction timeframe of 4-6 weeks
  • Lip Blush/Dark Lip Neuralization timeframe of 6-8 weeks
Anything beyond the timeframe will be considered as a normal touchup and fees will be applied. 



Lateness

Please arrive on time or 5 minutes early for your appointment.

If for any reason you are expecting to be late, for no more than 15 minutes grace period, please inform me as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied.

Keep in mind there will be other clients after you. Your service may be altered to fit the remaining time available. 

More than 30 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and your full payment will be forfeited. Asking to reschedule will have you to provide a new full payment. No exceptions.



No Shows

If you do not show up to your appointment without notice, your appointment will be cancelled and the payment will be forfeited. No exceptions. 

If you wish to book again, full payment will be required.


Allergy Test 

If you wish to take a patch test for possible risks of allergic reactions, please inform us. This must be taken 48 hours prior to your appointment.

If you choose to waiver the test, the Artist is released from liability. 

No refunds will be issued for reactions or contraindicated medical conditions. However, if you received an eyelash extension service, removal will be made free of charge. 


No Guest

All procedures require the full attention of the Client and the Artist. As such, only the client  who booked for the scheduled time slot is allowed in the room during the duration of the treatment. 

There is no waiting area as this is a home-based private studio. Thus, I request you do not invite any friends, family (no children), or pets to your scheduled appointment.

This is a home-based private studio located in a residential neighbourhood near Malvern Town Centre.

The address is 100 Wingarden Court, Suite 710. Buzzer #1252.


Parking

Guest parking lots are located right in front of the building. 



Public Transits

39A and 133 bus stops are located at the intersection of Neilson and Crowtail - an easy walk going straight to the building. 


Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Interac. All transactions are subject to 13% HST tax. Payment through cash is taxless.
