POLICY & GENERAL INFORMATION
Due to the uprising cases of COVID-19, only vaccinated clients are able to book. You will be required to show your 2nd dose or booster proof of vaccination on our COVID-19 Form that will be sent once booked.
Once you have decided on a date to book, you will be required to pay in full price either through debit or credit during checkout.
It will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM
& Wednesday and Saturday 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM.
All messages and inquiries will be answered during the business days from 7 AM to 7 PM.
If you wish to split the full price into 4 interest- free payments, please add Sezzle as your checkout.
Consent and Waiver Form
After booking your appointment, you will be required to fill out a consent and waiver form online that will be sent via e-mail. This must be submitted back prior to receiving any service. Failure to do so will make you ineligible to receive service.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of the service, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you decide to cancel, your payment will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to refuse our services.
If you need to reschedule, please be respectful to provide a 48-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Less than 48-hours will have your payment forfeited and a new full payment will be required.
You may reschedule one time with the time frame of 2 weeks before the payment will be forfeited and you will have to provide a new full payment.
** COVID-19 Cancellation & Rescheduling **
As stated, all payments are non-refundable.
However, if you do experience symptoms, have been exposed to someone who is, or are currently undergoing a PCR/rapid antigen test, your payment can be transferable. Please make sure to inform me right away.
It will be stored into a credit (a unique code will be given) and will be valid for only up to 3 months. After the time frame has passed, your credit will be forfeited and a new full payment will be required to book.
Once you self isolate for 14 days, the 15th day will be considered your starting day (day 0) of when the time frame will take place.
Ex. You quarantined on January 1st. After quarantining for 14 days (up to January 15th), you will have from January 16th - April 10th (full 84 days) to reschedule.
You cannot reschedule once you use your credit to book. Otherwise, the credit will be forfeited and new full payment will be required.
** COVID-19 Rescheduling for Complimentary Touchups **
The standard policy states that you cannot reschedule the 4-8 week complimentary touchups due to it being honoured within ONLY that 4-8 week time frame.
However, if you do experience symptoms, have been exposed to someone who is, or are currently undergoing a rapid antigen test, you can reschedule once. Please make sure to inform me right away.
Rescheduling will be valid for only up to 1 month.
Once you self isolate for 14 days, the 15th day will be considered your starting day (day 0) of when the rescheduling time frame will take place.
Ex. You quarantined on January 1st. After quarantining for 14 days (up to January 15th), you will have from January 16th - February 13th (full 28 days) to reschedule.
You will receive a unique code to reschedule your appointment.
After the time frame has passed, the complimentary touchup will not be valid and a full payment for the Additional Touchup will be required.
Please arrive on time or 5 minutes early for your appointment.
If for any reason you are expecting to be late, for no more than 15 minutes grace period, please inform me as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be applied.
Keep in mind there will be other clients after you. Your service may be altered to fit the remaining time available, or you may be asked to reschedule.
If you do not show up to your appointment without notice, your appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
If you wish to take a patch test for possible risks of allergic reactions, please inform me. This must be taken 48 hours prior to your appointment.
If you choose to waiver the test, the Artist is released from liability.
No refunds will be issued for reactions or contraindicated medical conditions. However, if you received an Eyelash Extension service, removal will be made free of charge.
All procedures require the full attention of the Client and the Artist. As such, only one allowed client is allowed in the room during the duration of the treatment.
There is no waiting area as this is a home-based private studio. Thus, I request you do not invite any friends, family (no children), or pets to your scheduled appointment.
This is a home-based private studio located in a residential neighbourhood near Malvern Town Centre.

Guest parking lots are located right in front of the building.
39A and 133 bus stops are located at the intersection of Neilson and Crowtail - an easy walk going straight to the building.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Interac. No tax is included until further notice.
